The Role:

* Manage costs and budgets for new build accommodation projects

* Work closely with the commercial team to ensure financial efficiency

* Conduct valuations, variations, and final accounts

* Assist in procurement and contract administration

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction sector

* Strong understanding of cost control and contract management

* Ability to work on multiple projects across the UK

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
