We are looking to appoint an experienced RTA File Handler to our office in Liverpool. Our firm is a reputable, claimant Legal 500, reputable in insurance and credit hire. You will join as a file handler to the Liverpool office and be responsible for a caseload of credit hire to RTA cases.Duties include

• Handling a caseload of credit hire to RTA cases
• MOJ/OIC Portal claims
• Responsible for a pre litigated caseload 
• Assisting on a litigated process
