Value Education are currently working with an excellent Secondary school in Rochdale to recruit for a Secondary Teaching Assistant starting from September.
Key responsibilities for the role will include; assisting the class teacher in planning and presenting lessons, preparing teaching materials, tutoring students 1 to 1 and in small groups and creating a fun learning environment.
A successful Secondary Teaching Assistant will be;
* A great team player with the ability to work independently when required
* Passionate about supporting children with their academic achievements
* Strong communications skills
* Ability to build professional relationships with pupils and parents/guardians
* Give regular feedback to the class teacher about pupil's development
*Excellent referral scheme if you refer somebody to us who may be suitable for this role*
