Salary: £35000 - £45000/annum

TSA Surveying are a highly specialised and innovative business who since our inception in 2021 have been thriving, providing an attentive and solutions focused approach to our clients' recruitment challenges in the Built Environment, and in particular Surveying.
 
During this period we have experienced sustained growth developing our team to 17 and doubling our turnover to £12m which has stimulated a forward thinking reorganisation to facilitate further growth plans.
We have therefore created a new key strategic role as part of our Management Team of Operations, Systems and Compliance Manager, the success of which will be fundamental to our next steps.
 
Operations - the successful person will manage our administration team with daily monitoring of contract production, have an attentive and engaging approach with our client terms and PSL's and be the primary being our point of contact for various supply chain providers such as legals, insurance, IT, umbrella companies and job boards.
 
Systems - you will have clear objectives to delivering efficient solutions around the use of Bullhorn our CRM and Onboarding system, working with our Finance Manager supporting Bullhorn interaction with InTime our timesheet and invoicing system and the continued implementation of MS Sharepoint.
 
Compliance - you will be the custodian of compliance of our fast-growing network of temporary contractors and also to legislation such as IR35 and GDPR

Any of the below skills, experience and approach would be a benefit but not essential - we have a growth mindset and attitude can overcome anything!

Experience in a recruitment business would be beneficial, or alternatively an Office/Branch Manager in an active business environment.
A natural curiosity to strive for efficiency and improvement
A desire to learn and grow as our business continues to grow
A strong drive for business compliance
Experience of maximizing value from systems
Confident and friendly communication style - ability to work collaboratively as part of management team and with our clients and supply chain
Commercial awareness
Experience of Bullhorn is an advantage
Experience of Bullhorn Onboarding system is an advantage
Experience of MS SharePoint
Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office 365 together with Adobe and Canva
Experience of LinkedIn, Sourcewhale, Bullhorn, Totaljobs, CV Library and Idibu - although training will be provided
