Description
- Assist the Compliance Manager in ensuring the firm adheres to all relevant insurance regulations and financial services legislation.
- Conduct routine compliance monitoring, audits, and assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of regulatory filings and compliance documents.
- Support the preparation of compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor changes in financial services regulations and advise the team on potential impacts.
- Assist in developing and implementing compliance training for staff.
- Respond to queries from various departments regarding compliance procedures.
- Help investigate and resolve compliance-related issues.
Profile
- Immediately available or available within short notice.
- Previous experience in a compliance or regulatory role, ideally within insurance or the financial services sector.
- Knowledge of FCA regulations and the regulatory framework governing insurance firms.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
