Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

* Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of three, ensuring their professional development and optimal performance.

* Project Oversight: Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, from initial cost estimates through to final accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

* Cost Management: Provide accurate cost management, cost reporting, and forecasting to ensure project financial targets are met.

* Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their requirements are met with excellence.

* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle, providing strategic advice and solutions.

* Reporting: Prepare detailed reports for senior management and clients, ensuring clear communication of project progress and financial status.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

* Professional Accreditation: MRICS or equivalent is preferred.

* Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and complex projects.
