KEY OUTPUTS:
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
- Assisting with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Assisting with maintaining and updating customer databases
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues
- Coordinating sales meetings and appointments
- Preparing sales reports and analysis
- Ensuring all sales documentation is accurate and up to date
- Analysis and documentation of business processes
- Testing & QA of business processes & productivity
- Help define business process and activity SLAs
- Liaise with business analysts & give input to business process design and modelling
- Administer support systems
- Administer team systems
- Must be a team player
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Knowledge of sales processes and procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Microsoft Office is essential (Excel)
- Zoho knowledge is preferable
- Data analysis, manipulation and insight generation is an advantage
- Must be an analytical with good communication and interpersonal skills

- Travel and Tourism Diploma or experience
