Working with a global asset management firm that are looking for a Tax Manager to join their team based in London.

As a Tax Manager/ SM, you will be responsible for the below:

• Review of tax structuring reports (Luxembourg structures in particular)
• Managing queries related to holding structure from European tax authorities
• Review of tax returns (particularly UK, Europe and US)
• Overseeing the timely and accurate tax reporting to external investors

Experience:

• Understanding of investment structures
• FS experience is desired
• Dealing with outsourced tax service providers
