Sheridan ward is excited to be recruiting for one of our fabulous clients based in the Pinner area, they are looking for a Personal Assistant who has 3 or more years of previous experience!

This is a MAT cover contract, they are excited to be bringing on board a new individual to join their well established and fast growing team!

They are looking for someone who has admin experience, as well as someone who has strong communication skills!

Personal Assistant Duties:

• Being the first point of contact to internal and external stakeholders for the director
• Answering incoming call
• Dealing with queries via telephone or face to face
• Managing the director’s diary
• Preparing documents for board meetings
• General admin and ad hoc duties
