We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Site Manager to oversee and manage the electrical installations for an exciting residential and commercial development project.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage all electrical activities on-site, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

* Supervise a team of electricians and subcontractors, providing clear direction and support to ensure high-quality work standards.

* Coordinate with the project management team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all departments.

* Oversee the installation of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.

* Ensure all electrical works comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

* Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations, ensuring adherence to electrical codes and regulations.

* Monitor progress against the project timeline, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.

* Maintain accurate records, including work logs, materials used, and safety reports.

* Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing progress updates and addressing any concerns.

Requirements:

* Valid CSCS card

* SSSTS / SMSTS

* Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or similar role, with

* experience in both residential and commercial projects.

* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and health & safety standards.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and interact with clients.

* Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.

* Electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
