PE Teacher

We are seeking a Teacher of Physical Education to join a fantastic school in Tower Hamlets from September 2024.

Your responsibilities:

· Planning and delivering engaging and dynamic lessons that align with the KS3 and KS4 PE Curriculum

· Developing and implementing schemes of work and lesson plans that cater to the individual needs and abilities of the students.

· Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and implementing strategies for improvement.

· Collaborating with other members of the PE department to develop and enhance the PE curriculum and resources.

· Building positive relationships with students, parents, and staff, and maintaining effective communication channels.

Requirements:

· Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent, with a degree in Physical Education or a related subject.

· Proven experience teaching PE at KS3 and KS4 levels, with a track record of achieving excellent results.

· Strong subject knowledge

· Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that enables all students to thrive.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
