Rate: £260 per shift

Company Overview:
Fairmead is recruiting on behalf of a key client, a leading contractor, for a Site Manager to oversee the external works of a car park in Droitwich.

Role Overview:
As the Nightshift Manager, you will oversee the external work programme, ensuring all subcontractors complete their work to a high standard and on time. You'll be responsible for maintaining health and safety, managing site access, and conducting regular checks on the work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure health and safety compliance across nightshift operations.

* Supervise subcontractors, ensuring timely and quality work.

* Conduct site inductions, manage site access, and issue work permits.

* SMSTS

* First Aid

* CSCS card

* 2x references
