Job Responsibilities

Customer Communication: Communicate daily with customers, building and maintaining good working relationships and ensuring that all invoices are paid to terms
Credit Checks: Perform credit checks for new and existing customers
Customer Setup: Set up customer accounts, negotiate payment plans, and set up terms and conditions
Internal Communication: Regularly liaise with the Sales team and maintain accurate activity notes within SAP
Payment Allocation: Allocate incoming payments daily, phoning customers to request remittance advice when required
Reconciliations: Perform regular account reconciliations, ensure bank reconciliations are completed daily and investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries

Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable functions
Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
