We are currently looking for a Procurement Business Partner for an initial 3 month contract based in Warwick.

£23.30 per hour inside IR35 via an umbrella company

3 months, extendable

This Procurement Business Partner will have the following experience:

* Working towards CIPS Diploma in procurement and supply (level 4) or equivalent OR 3 years procurement experience with intention to study.

* Experience of leading, managing and influencing a team and/or people in a similar environment.

* Project management - experience of working and leading on projects.

* PRINCE 2 qualified or equivalent.

* Experience in Contracts and supplier management.

* Experience of working within local government or NHS, Housing association, or other public sector bodies.

* Ability to organise and conduct negotiations and feedback when necessary.

* Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to challenge others in working together across service areas.

* Demonstrate a common sense approach, to be innovative and willingness to solve problems.

* Excellent communication skills -both verbal and in writing in a wide variety of situations, including the ability to influence senior staff and stakeholders.

* High level of numeracy and literacy for calculations and reports.

* ICT Literate, including advanced Excel and Word skills, and ability to create and maintain data bases.

* Good understanding of and commitment to both quality and equality in service delivery and management.

* Be self motivated and able to work under own initiative.
