Concrete Supervisor Required to start ASAP

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Concrete Supervisor to join our team.

· Minimum of 5-10 years of experience, with proven leadership and supervisory skills

· Responsible for ensuring risk assessment briefings and toolbox talks are carried out

· Making sure operatives are put to work and are carrying out work in a safe manner

· Ensuring site record keeping is completed and up to date

· Responsible for ensuring the correct plant is on site for the workload

· Responsible for ensuring materials are ordered to suit programme

· Ability to work as part of a team yet willing to work independently

· Must be able to work to engineers' levels

· Must be able to do Tamp Finish, float finish, brush Finish, Trowel finish, Power float finish and able to make good of concrete

· Ability to read and interpret drawings, and specifications accurately and implement on site

· Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, resources, and personnel to meet project deadlines

· Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and enforcing safety protocols
