Pay Rate: £90-£110 per day PAYE (depending on experience)

Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm or 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Early Years Practitioner to join their dedicated team, working within their under-3s provision to provide exceptional care and education.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework.
Plan and implement creative and engaging activities that support each child's unique developmental journey.
Foster children's personal, social, and emotional growth in a caring and inclusive setting.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress, sharing updates with parents and carers.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, ensuring the well-being of all children.
Collaborate closely with the early years team, promoting the school's ethos and values.

About You

We're looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner who is:

Qualified: Holds an NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
Experienced: Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is essential, particularly with children under 3.
Passionate: Shows a genuine enthusiasm for supporting young children's development.
Caring: Warm, nurturing, and skilled at building positive relationships with children and their families.
Organized: Efficient in managing tasks and maintaining a structured approach to daily activities.
Knowledgeable: Familiar with safeguarding practices and health and safety requirements.
