An exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to join a dynamic and rapidly growing property development firm in South Manchester. Due to growing client demand and ongoing success, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an energetic, diligent, career-focused and determined individual to join their dedicated team as a Business Development Manager.

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with new and existing developer clients, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the leadership team to create a strategy that aligns with their company growth goals. Your insights and initiatives will directly contribute to their success in the competitive property investment market.

Key responsibilities of a Business Development Manager

* Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the property investment sector

* Opportunity Creation: Develop and implement strategies for sourcing new developer clients and investment opportunities through networking, industry events, and online platforms

* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance their reputation and drive repeat business

* Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling investment proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of working with them

* Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with business objectives

* Negotiation: Lead negotiations with developer clients and partners to close deals that benefit both parties and align with the company's vision

* Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to provide insights for continuous improvement

* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and finance, to ensure cohesive efforts in promoting their investment opportunities

* Brand: Actively work to promote the company's brand across national and international markets

Qualifications & Experience

* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the property investment industry

* Strong understanding of the property market, investment strategies, and financial analysis

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels

* Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

* Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Self driven, motivated and proactive mindset
