Project Manager - Leading Construction Consultancy

Location: London (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Permanent

An established and rapidly growing construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a major project in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the management of a significant scheme, with an initial focus on complex demolition and enabling works, and full involvement from pre-construction through to completion.

Working as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, you will oversee the project lifecycle from feasibility and design stages through to delivery and handover, ensuring the highest standards are met at every phase.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion, managing all stages of the process.

* Oversee the coordination of demolition works during the early project phases, ensuring strict compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

* Manage stakeholder engagement, including client liaison, design teams, contractors, and local authorities.

* Drive programme performance, ensuring key milestones, budgets, and quality standards are consistently achieved.

* Provide strategic input at each stage of the project lifecycle, offering solutions to mitigate risk and optimise delivery.

* Prepare and present reports, attend client meetings, and support business objectives through excellent service delivery.

About You:

* Proven experience delivering projects within a construction consultancy environment.

* Strong knowledge of cradle to grave project management, with a successful track record across all RIBA stages.

* Experience managing demolition, enabling works, and other high-risk early-stage packages.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

* Relevant qualifications in construction, project management, or a related discipline (such as MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) are highly desirable.

* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong leadership capabilities.

What's on Offer:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a consultancy that is committed to delivering exceptional projects while supporting your professional growth. You will work on high-profile schemes across London and benefit from a collaborative working environment, flexible hybrid working arrangements, and a competitive benefits package
