The ideal candidate will possess a robust academic background and have experience in supporting students with special educational needs, particularly those with Autism and ADHD. Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide personalised support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they can fully engage with the curriculum.
• Assist in planning and delivering stimulating academic activities and clubs, catering to the needs of the students.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and other support staff to promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress, providing feedback and reports to teachers and parents as necessary.
• Maintain the safety and well-being of all students, acting as a trusted adult and role model.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven academic qualifications and experience in supporting students with special educational needs, such as Autism and ADHD.
• Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship not available).
• Willingness to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check or possession of an updated DBS certificate.
• Completion of safeguarding training is essential.
• Ability to complete all necessary pre-employment checks prior to the start date.
