The Role

As Account Manager, you will be sitting within the Client Services team of the agency, playing a vital role in providing exceptional service across the agency's client portfolio as well as consulting your clients on social best practice and content ideation.

• Collaborating with the Content team on briefs and planning as needed
• Developing and nurturing strong client relationships
• Overseeing project delivery from start to finish
• Ensuring timelines and deadlines are met
• Managing budgets for multi-platform campaigns
• Meeting and exceeding client expectations while maintaining professionalism

About You

• 2 years of experience in a social media agency
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and best practices
• Proficient in reporting and data analysis
• Creative approach to projects
• Passion for contemporary culture and social media trends
