My client is seeking a finance individual to join a small, busy finance team in Birkenhead. This role offers a competitive salary and great benefits, with an immediate start available!
Job role:
- Purchase Ledger function and posting invoices to Sage Accounts
- Sales Ledger function and posting invoices to Sage Accounts
- Organising approvals from key stakeholders and routine filing
- Creditor reporting and arranging payments prior to due dates
- Credit control duties to report, chase and query resolution
- Bank reconciliations to ensure timely financial reporting
- Payment allocations on Sage accounts and other CRMs
- Process and reconcile credit card expenses
- Schedule direct debits using online portal
- Preparing expenditure report from Sage
- Inter-company analysis and recharging
- Ownership of monthly invoicing sheet
- Monitor and maintain email inbox
- Reconciliation of statements
- Year end and audit support
- Capitalising of expenditure
- Maintain petty cash
- Maintain deposits
- Journal entries
