Job role:

• Purchase Ledger function and posting invoices to Sage Accounts
• Sales Ledger function and posting invoices to Sage Accounts
• Organising approvals from key stakeholders and routine filing
• Creditor reporting and arranging payments prior to due dates
• Credit control duties to report, chase and query resolution
• Bank reconciliations to ensure timely financial reporting
• Payment allocations on Sage accounts and other CRMs
• Process and reconcile credit card expenses
• Schedule direct debits using online portal
• Preparing expenditure report from Sage
• Inter-company analysis and recharging
• Ownership of monthly invoicing sheet
• Monitor and maintain email inbox
• Reconciliation of statements
• Year end and audit support
• Capitalising of expenditure
• Maintain petty cash
• Maintain deposits
• Journal entries
