Key Responsibilities

As the Quality Manager, you will oversee equipment calibration, manage quality standards like HACCP, and produce necessary production specifications. You'll ensure timely product testing, maintain thorough records, and conduct root cause analysis for any nonconformances. Your role will include performing supplier and internal audits, preparing management reports, and ensuring regular pest control. Effective communication of technical information, verification of packaging, and monitoring of hygiene standards will be crucial. You'll support product development, manage customer complaints, coordinate external audits, and ensure labelling compliance. Additionally, you'll oversee food safety training, manage stock takes, handle disciplinary matters, and report any safety issues.
