Our client, a specialist subcontractor in the rail sector, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team for projects in Glasgow and the West.  This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your expertise on civil engineering projects and make a tangible impact.

Your Role

As Site Manager, you will:

Foster positive relationships on and off-site.
Manage procurement of equipment and materials efficiently.
Supervise and coordinate staff and subcontractors.
Oversee permits and safety inspections.
Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
 
What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Qualifications: Degree or HNC in civil engineering or a related discipline.
Experience: Proven success managing civil engineering projects (rail experience preferred).
Skills: Ability to manage multiple sites, with proactive communication and leadership.
Essential Certifications: CSCS, SMSTS and PTS.
Licence: Full UK driver's licence.
