Part qualified (ACCA or ACA)
Experienced
Knowledge and experience of working with:

TaxCalc would be desirable
Xero would be desirable

What will your role as a Senior Accountant look like?

Interfacing and dealing with clients on queries
Posting accounts from bookkeepers' workings or bookkeeping software
Preparing and finalising accounts 
Junior Accountant training
Driving best practices in accounting operating standards
