We're looking for an experienced Submission Manager who can prepare, manage and analyse ECO documents for our installed projects ensuring all team members have the correct knowledge, understanding and information to successfully drive this department to achieve internal and external KPIS. As a Submission Manager, you'll be able to provide us with a wide range of skills to successfully deliver the quality demanded within the role.

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for the end to end cycle of an ECO submission, from installation to successful payment.

It is essential that you have prior ECO and management experience with confidence to use a wide range of systems, portals and databases.

Responsibilities

* Overseeing and managing the daily delivery to funded partners to secure successful contracted works.

* Clear communication between compliance and office teams, for delivery of work

* Processing ECO submission packs to funders in a timely manner, following the OFGEM guidance alongside the funders own specific requirements.

* Communicate effectively and professionally with funders to guarantee an exceptional level of service

* Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records

* Collaborate and create solutions with cross-functional teams to address any concerns

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Strong telephone etiquette and active listening skills

* Ability to analyse needs and provide effective solutions

* Assess compliance documentation and resolve queries via telephone and/or email

* Successfully carry out internal audits on completed submissions, to make certain we achieve our internal and external RFT KPIs

* Work towards deadlines ensuring all paperwork is submitted within the allotted timescales to funded partners, allowing for external and internal timescales for feedback

* Support cross-functional teams with administrative duties and documentation which are part of the submission requirements.

* Managing any resubmissions and technical failures that arise, completing within allocated timescales, and feeding back to the wider team to continue to stive towards RFT

* To carry out regular 1:2:1 and regular team meetings to ensure effective collaboration

Experience
