gap technical are proud to be representing this global manufacturing business in their search for an Engineering Supervisor to work at their facility based near Bilston, West Midlands.

Performance Objectives

To advise and provide assistance to our engineers on any technical matters.
Support the contracts on both reactive and planned maintenance work.
To improve service delivery performance and reduce costs where possible.
To ensure SLA and KPI's are achieved by our engineers in line with our contracts.
To ensure all statutory PPMs and activities are carried out on time.
Working alongside the Team, assisting with Labour resource and technical issues or queries.
To carry out operational inductions for new starters
To carry out engineer audits which would include PPE, vehicles, tools, ladders.Benefits
