The Quantity Surveyors' role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be part of a dynamic, high-performing team that collaborates with top developers, land promoters, and property owners across the UK and Europe.

You'll play a key role in planning, designing, costing, and delivering major land, property, and infrastructure projects, contributing to their full development lifecycle. You'll have the opportunity to influence some of the country's most prestigious projects, ensuring maximum value and efficiency.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy environment
• Pre & post contract experience
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
• MRICS or actively working towards APC
