Able to manage behavioural problems using positive reinforcement
ability to adapt teaching styles to better suit each pupil's learning needs
be responsible for keeping up to date with safeguarding/health and safety policies

Actively consider using a range of appropriate, motivating, age respectfulness resources.Person Specification:

Emotional and physical resilience
Willing to work with and have knowledge about individuals with autism and learning disabilities
