The Deputy Manager Role Overview:

On behalf of a renowned organisation based in the Yorkshire region, Cureyoursearch are currently recruiting for an experienced and proven Deputy Manager - Learning Disability to oversee a small residential care bed service for adults with learning disabilities in Huddersfield.

As Deputy Manager - Learning Disability you are extremely passionate about person-centred care and will be supporting the registered manager with the day to day running of a new build, residential care home. This is a great residential home with high standards of care.

The Deputy Manager Candidate:

Experience working as Deputy Manager in a health & social care residential service
Ideally experience in Learning Disability needs
NVQ Level 4-5 Health & Social Care qualification
Passionate about person-centred care
Excellent communication skills
The Deputy Manager Package:

Salary £27,000
