We are currently recruiting for a business minded Accounts Assistant to support the Finance team, who is driven, solution focused and has a keen eye for detail. This role would suit an individual who is excited by success and who wants to work with a dynamic business, assist with controls and systems in a fast-paced environment whilst supporting the Finance Director in the running of the finance function within the business. Based in London.

Description

The key responsibilities of this Accounts Assistant role will include:

• Work with Xero our financial system and Unleashed stock management system
• Daily sales, commission, productivity of staff utilising Zenoti booking system and Xero financial system
• Purchase orders
• Petty cash postings
• Posting supplier invoices
• Customer statements, chasing customer payments and monthly credit control
• Communicate with customers with regards to payments and orders
• General accounts and office administration

Profile

The successful Accounts Assistant should have:

• 2+ years experience in similar accountancy role
• Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Excel
• Proven experience of Xero essential
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Eagerness to learn
• Team player
