Qualifications - Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above
- Demonstrated track record in a nursery environment, with previous experience in leadership or supervisory roles
- Profound understanding of child development and familiarity with early years curriculum frameworks
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Strong dedication to advocating for diversity, equality, and inclusion in early years education
- Current and comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures

- Cultivate strong and supportive connections with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a warm and inclusive community within the nursery
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by strictly adhering to safeguarding and health and safety protocols
- Collaborate closely with parents and families, sharing valuable insights into children's progress and establishing strong partnerships
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation, including thoughtfully crafted learning journals and detailed observations
- Champion diversity, equality, and inclusion across all facets of the nursery's practices
