An excellent opportunity to join their acquisitions team, focusing on the identification, appraisal, and purchase of development opportunities across London and the Southeast.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to Head of Acquisitions
• Market-facing land role
• Screen and assess initial opportunities for development
• Conduct thorough due diligence and appraisals, covering legal, technical, and financial aspects
• Perform feasibility studies and draft Investment Memorandums and Committee Reports
• Track public procurement opportunities and explore joint ventures and partnerships

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of Argus
• 2 to 5 years in Land / Development
• Established network within the London land market
• Numerically adept with a keen commercial sense
• Detail-oriented with the ability to summarise commercial and technical reports
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and senior management
