Location: Outskirts of Sawston, Cambridgeshire

Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week (core hours being 10am - 4pm) hybrid working

Salary: circa £35,000 per annum

We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Business Support Administrator to join our growing team in Cambridge. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with both marketing and sales teams, enhancing the operational efficiency and compliance standards.

Who are we?

We are Busy Bee Recruitment, an awarding-winning recruitment agency supplying both temporary and permanent staffing solutions throughout the UK to our wonderful client base. A professional telephone manner and previous administration experience is essential for this role.

Your duties:

* Provide administrative support to marketing and sales teams, including event planning

* Assist compliance with logging issues and tracking deviations

* Handle document and material approvals using online systems

* Support external meeting approvals and expenditure tracking

* Create reports and presentations, coordinate projects and meetings

* Oversee delivery and inventory of promotional materials

* Assist in digital marketing efforts and purchase order management

* Review and help set up new supplier contracts

* Participate in company and brand meetings

* Organise external business unit events, manage logistics, and handle necessary paperwork

About you:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organisational skills

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure

* Experience across multiple business functions with a detail-oriented approach

* Experience in the Pharmaceutical sector would be an advantage

* Contract management and financial system experience desirable
