We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager with expereince in Ventillation. In this role, you will oversee contract negotiations and management, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving our success in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

* Manage all aspects of contract administration from negotiation to execution.

* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.

* Collaborate with project managers to align contract terms with project goals.

* Monitor project progress and address any contractual issues that arise.

* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on contract terms.

* Drive continuous improvement in contract management processes.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Contract Manager or similar role in the construction industry.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

* Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting purposes.

* Demonstrated leadership capabilities and effective communication skills.
