Role Overview: In this pivotal role, you will be technically astute, performance-driven, and results-oriented, leading the Highways and Infrastructure team for this well-known and prestigious consultancy in London. You will bring a vast and diverse wealth of expertise, accumulated through extensive experience across various projects within highways and infrastructure.

Your proven track record in delivering significant and measurable value through effective team leadership, operational and strategic implementation, and stakeholder relationship management will be key to your success, this role will be pivotal in growing the business so, experience in work-winning duties would be needed!

Key Associate Director Civil Engineering Responsibilities:

You will demonstrate technical civil engineering expertise in Highways, Infrastructure, and Urban Regeneration Master-planning projects.
You will coordinate and develop multidisciplinary teams to achieve KPIs.
You will manage operations by developing and implementing business systems to optimise cost-effectiveness.
You will oversee projects and programs from start to finish, delivering business solutions and process improvements.
You will handle financial management, including costing (material and operational), valuation, price list production, and forecasting.
You will lead the Infrastructure and Building Drainage teams across the Civil Engineering project portfolio.
You will develop and implement tailored solutions to meet the bespoke requirements of clients and projects.
You will drive business development and secure work for multi-disciplined projects.
You will engage and negotiate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Associate Director Civil Engineering Professional Requirements:

You will be a Chartered Civil Engineer with 15+ years of experience in Highways and Infrastructure projects.
You will have a demonstrable track record in the design of the following:
Highways Geometric Design - DMRB
Infrastructure and Public Realm, including Drainage and SuDs, Earthworks, Utilities Spatial Planning, and Utilities Diversions
