Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to CEO
Support the Sales and Proposals teams on all enquires with a focus and drive for a successful outcome.
To review and present all contractual risks to the Associate Commercial Director, CEO and Commercial Committee before any new contracts are entered into.
Ensure all contract documents are accurately presented, authorised, distributed and ensure compliance with current legal legislation and processes of the company and the customer.
Support the accounts team to action and resolve any invoicing issues in a timely manner.

Background Required:

Experience working with NEC, MF1, Fidic, IChemE and JCT type contracts
Engineering background
Electrical, Mechanical or relevant qualifications required (HNC, NVQ etc)
Civil or structural engineering
Construction management
Business or contract management
Building studies
Quantity surveying
