IAM Engineer (SailPoint SME)

• Day Rate: £650 (based on candidate experience) + add ons - to a max daily rate of  £762.45/day.
• IR35 Status: Inside IR35
• Contract Length: Initial 6-months (likely to be extended multiple times).
• Office Location: Central London
• Hybrid Model: 3 days per week in office, 2 days remote
• Client Sector: Financial Services (candidates must have previous sector experience)

About the Client and the Role:

My client, a globally renowned name in financial services is seeking an experienced IAM Specialist / Engineer with SME knowledge and experience of SailPoint & IdentityNow to join their Security Team on an initial 6-month (but fully expected to extend multiple times) basis.

The main function of the role is to act as the go-to contact for SailPoint technology throughout an major ongoing SailPoint integration project.

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as point of contact & technical lead for SailPoint (integration, deployment, configuration etc.)
• Provide expertise for implementing and integration of IAM tools and processes
• Integrate SailPoint with core systems identified including ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, PAM and other applications
• Integration of security capabilities - Scripting with Python, PowerShell etc.

Candidate Requirements:

• SME knowledge of SailPoint (especially IdentityNow)
• SME of IAM technology
• Strong scripting e.g. PowerShell / Python
• Excellent understanding of automation tools – particularly Ansible Tower.
• Experience in configuring Application, Rules, Workflows, custom tasks and connectors
• Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL)
• Experience working with modern CI & CD tools and techniques
• Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD)
• Relevant Certification / Qualification (e.g. SailPoint Certifications)
