Are you an experienced, Registered, Foster Manager looking for your next challenge? Do you have the drive, ambition, and passion to develop a fostering service and make a real difference in the lives of children and young people?

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Registered Manager to lead and grow our clients fostering service across the Yorkshire region. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and motivated individual to take on a key leadership role within an Independent Fostering Agency (IFA).

About the Role

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall growth and development of the service, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted, National Minimum Standards, and Fostering Regulations. You will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with local authorities, developing recruitment strategies for attracting and retaining foster carers, and ensuring outstanding support for both carers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

? Service development and growth? Networking and relationship-building with local authorities? Developing and implementing a recruitment and retention strategy for prospective foster carers? Overseeing Form F Assessments and ensuring timely progression? Managing staff and foster carer training and development programmes? Leading the service through Ofsted registration and inspections? Ensuring compliance with fostering regulations and best practices

About You:

- A qualified social worker (Social Work England registered) with a Degree in Social Work- Minimum 2 years' fostering experience, ideally within an IFA- Strong knowledge of Ofsted requirements, National Minimum Standards, and Fostering Regulations

- Senior Practitioner, with strong industry knowledge and proven track record of success in simila- Proven staff supervisory and leadership experience- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young People Services- A car owner/driver, with a Full UK Drivers Licence
