The purpose of this role is to provide support for a variety of IT issues across the business and support IT systems and equipment across multiple sites. IT Support – skills & experience

• Proven experience as an IT Support 2nd Line Support
• Administration and support experience with the latest Microsoft technologies including Windows Server (up to 2022), Windows (10, 11) OS, and Office 365
• Knowledge of core network fundamentals (TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi)
• Experience with Cloud servers, Office355 and SharePoint

 IT Support role responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line diagnosis and resolution for customer issues
• Involvement in projects such as software deployments and hardware upgrades for clients
• Collaborate with other engineers to efficiently handle complex tickets and maintain high customer service standards
• System monitoring tasks and checks for clients

• Work with customers to understand and resolve technical issues in a friendly manner

  The Package

• Work hours: 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, at St. Asaph (North Wales) offices
• Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + overtime (when applicable)
• Annual leave: starting at 20 days + bank holidays, up to a maximum of 30 days
