One of the UK's leading, Tier One MEP Contractors requires a Mechanical Project Manager to lead a college refurb project worth £5mil M&E located in the heart of London. The project is due to be completed in 1 year. The company in question boasts a brilliant reputation and staff retention and is renowned for providing unrivalled professional development to its employees.

Planning the development of the project and be responsible for any engineering issues.
Prepare reports for; capital cost estimates, project schedules, material take off's and out to tender schedules.
Delegation of works to the mechanical engineering and construction team.
Leading progress report meetings with the board and client.
Use the request for information system to communicate queries with the design team.
Preparing risk assessments and method statements.
Ensure quality control is up to date through inspections and snagging.
Be able to communicate with clients professionally.
