As the HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting your division by advising and coaching line Managers, managers absence management, employee relations, performance management, talent, engagement and organisational design. You will be managing TUPE transfers in and out of the business, supporting new business tenders, as well as managing the divisional people data. A big part of this role will be managing employee relations cases end to end from low level to the more complex cases. What you'll need to succeed
- Need to have managed a large client group, HC450 and above
- CIPD L5 (or equivalent)
- Strong ER experience
- TUPE experience desirable
- Come from a fast-paced, high-volume working environments
