Sales Support Executive

Our rapidly growing Hereford based client is seeking a Sales Support Executive to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will join a small busy team of ambitious and service driven professionals, responsible for supporting the sales team whilst maintaining strong customer centric relationships.

What you will be doing:

* Ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues effectively

* Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, building positive relationships

* Offering support to external/internal sales professionals, assisting with quoting and admin-based tasks to aid efficiency

* Interacting positively with customers following-up quotations and order processing

* Working with the sales team, to develop opportunities, ensuring all opportunities are followed through.

* Assisting with in-bound calls and enquiries

What we are looking for:

* Prior administration experience within a sales environment

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively

* Ability to work within a small driven team

* Experience of working across multiple systems including ERP systems and CRM sales tools
