This is a unique opportunity to influence and improve the technology landscape.Key Responsibilities:* Systems Improvement: Shape and deliver improvement projects for our Sales, CRM, and Policy Administration systems.* Production Support: Manage system support, working closely with business operations to minimize post go-live manual support.* Team Leadership: Lead and coach a team of 5+ business analysts, overseeing their project assignments and performance.* Process Improvement: Enhance methods for requirements gathering, process design, and user acceptance testing.Qualifications:* 5+ years in Project Management or Senior Business Analyst roles, with experience in CRM and Policy Admin systems.* Proven track record in requirements gathering, process design, and user acceptance testing.* Experience managing on-shore and off-shore development teams using agile methodologies.* Strong project management skills with a structured approach (e.g., Prince 2).* Excellent relationship-building abilities with both internal teams and external suppliers.* Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation.Benefits:* Opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-paced, private equity-backed business.* Work in a collaborative environment with senior business leads and end-users.* Flexibility in work location with a blend of office and remote working.* Unfortunately the cannot offer sponsorship
