Quantity Surveyor - Bedford - £50k

Platform Recruitment has partnered with a client who are specialists in industrial process industries. They are looking to take on a quantity surveyor to assist with the delivery of successful projects in terms of recording off site works for monthly applications.

Key responsibilities:

+ Maintain project forecasts.

+ Monitor project performance against budget and report variances

+ Relevant CSCS qualification

+ Cost recording and forecast updates

Key skills:

+ Knowledge of NEC3 & 4 contract conditions

+ Experience of measurement records for sub-contract works.

+ Strong negotiation skills

+ Procure and administer sub-contract packages

The salary will be up to £50k depending on previous experience with great company benefits including a car allowance.
