Are you a passionate and experienced Development Manager looking to make a significant impact on affordable housing?

Our client are looking to appoint an experienced Development Manager to join their delivery team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality, affordable housing projects from inception to completion

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee development schemes at delivery stages of the development lifecycle, including construction and handover
• Procurement: Manage the procurement process, including tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Contract Administration: Effectively administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and monitoring progress.
• Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, manage costs, and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Partnerships: Supporting the organisation with their continued approach to building partnerships via joint venture arrangements
