This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist multidisciplined consultancy who provide highly technical services to the construction and infrastructure industry. They are on the lookout for an experienced OCDEA to join their energy team in their offices in Bedford.

Role responsibilities for an OCDEA include:

Produce Part L SAP assessments and calculations for client's construction projects to ensure compliance is achieved
Produce general energy and sustainability reports for clients within a timely manner
Provide clients highly technical sustainable solutions to reduce their projects carbon footprint and minimise their environmental impactThe ideal OCDEA will have:

An OCDEA qualification from a credible accreditation scheme
Minimum of 3 years' experience delivering SAP assessments within an energy assessor role
Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations and legislations
Proficiency with SketchUp software
Excellent communication and presentation skillsBenefits of the role include:
