HR Operations Specialist - Day rate to be discussed, 1 year FTC, office working. Location, Derby (2 days on-site).

Responsibilities:

You will be an SME which will pick up complex cases for example payroll, escalations, shift queries, absences, and flexible working, all while supporting and future proofing process improvements.
Managing Complex HR cases and dealing with customer escalations from engagement through to resolution
Contributing to continuous improvement through identification of recurring queries/new processes/automation/standardisation to simplify, and enhance policies, processes and technologies

Required experience:

Experience and expertise of delivering HR service operations
Good understanding of HR technology and experience of the development and deployment of HR systems
Good understanding of process management and continuous improvement methodologies in an operational environment
Systems/Technologies= experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, Excel
Available for the full 1-year FTC
