About Our Client:

They were established over a decade ago and have found themselves to sub-contractor of choice for many recognised industry names. The company deliver drylining, rendering, load bearing and infill SFS Systems and metal pan/grid ceiling services. The company has built itself off relationships and delivering on time, on budget for satisfied clients. The company are growing, have a strong and stable leadership team who will afford you the chance to develop. With a busy order booked stacked out, this business is looking to add to the head count to manage the upcoming load.

The Role:

A Trainee Site Manager is required to join the Operations team to assist with current and future projects. This is the perfect role for someone leaving college and looking to take the first steps into construction management. You will be assisting the management of a site and on-site sub-contractors for projects based in London & the South East. You will be maintaining the highest levels of health and safety whilst organising day to day activities and reporting back to the Site Manager. Whilst a construction related college course is a key requirement, that could be a trade, it could be management. The key to this role is the person. You need to have strong communication skills, be pro-active with a willingness to listen and learn all whilst having a drive to reach your own potential. This role does require someone who is computer literate, can drive and is flexible with working hours. You will need to be located in an area you are willing to travel to the Essex office and London daily as your working location will regularly change.

The Applicant:

The ideal candidate must have:

* Completed a college or university, construction related course.

* A full UK driving license and have your own vehicle.

* The ability to work flexible hours to suit projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Knowledge of drylining and SFS Systems
