Job Role and Company Overview:
We are working with an expanding M&E contractor that has built a strong reputation across multiple sectors, particularly in the design and build commercial fit-out sector. Over the past two years, they have experienced exceptional growth and continue to secure major projects despite wider market challenges.

Project Overview:
Your first project will be a £4m electrical / £4m mechanical fit-out of a high-end hotel in Mayfair, focusing on the living and communal areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a complex and prestigious project from the outset, working alongside a strong team to deliver high-quality results.

Beyond this, the company is known for delivering projects in commercial fit-out, healthcare, education, and retail, with values ranging from £1.5m to £10m. As an Electrical Project Manager, you'll be site-based, working closely with the estimation and commercial teams to manage the electrical package and, at times, full M&E packages alongside a mechanically biased counterpart.

What We're Looking For:
We're keen to hear from experienced Electrical Project Managers who have:

* NVQ Level 3 or HND in Electrical or Building Services Engineering

* CSCS card (black preferred, gold accepted)

* SMSTS certification

* First Aid certification

* Experience delivering projects above £1.5m

* A solid work history, showing commitment and longevity in previous roles

* Two references from previous employers or clients

* Experience in commercial fit-out or similar project sectors

Salary and Package:
For the right candidate, the company is offering:

* £70-80K per year (dependent on experience)

* Full travel expenses covered
