The company and the role;

The business have a fantastic longstanding reputation within the subcon sector for the quality of their work and quick turnaround of parts. They have gone through a re-vamp in recent years that has earned them a great reputation, and as a business they have some ambitious growth plans led by a team of senior managers with which this position will play a key role.

The role;

You'll have a 50/50 split of hands on machining and supervisory tasks day to day. They have a suite of 3 and 5 axis machines you'll be tasked with running the 5 axis machines to run some of the NPI and tricky jobs. Alongside this, you'll need to have the bandwidth to be on hand to advise and help the team overcome general machining challenges. As the supervisor, you'll pull on your softer skills and help engage internal teams to overcome programming, machining and inspection challenges.

Experience you'll need;

Complex 5 axis CNC machining
Supervisory, team leading or charge hand experience
